Valley Ranch Limited is a real estate company, duly incorporated and has been in operation since 2009.
Due to the ever growing demand of property ownership especially land; our bias is mainly in land sales in various locations, but especially in areas that have the highest growth potential as outlined in Kenya’s vision 2030. We acquire land from genuine owners subdivide it into various plot sizes for sale, the smallest being 1/8 of an acre or 50 x 100 feet in size.
